Services
Monstizo provides digital design, motion graphics, video production, and related creative services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of each engagement are defined in a separate project agreement or proposal agreed with the client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials (brand assets, copy, references) required to complete the work. Delays caused by late client input may affect the agreed delivery schedule.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of the agreed fees, ownership of the final delivered work transfers to the client, except for third-party assets, fonts, or stock media licensed separately. Monstizo retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless a written non-disclosure agreement states otherwise.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) when a project requires it — request one before work begins.
Limitation of Liability
Monstizo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
