Project Cancellation
Creative services are custom work. If you cancel before any work has begun, you receive a full refund. Once a project has started, work completed up to the point of cancellation is billable, and the remaining balance is refunded.
Milestone Payments
For larger projects paid in milestones, each milestone is invoiced after approval of that stage. Approved milestones are non-refundable, as they represent accepted, delivered work.
Revisions
Every project includes a defined number of revision rounds in the agreed scope. Reasonable adjustments within the original brief are always welcome. Work that significantly changes the agreed scope is quoted separately as additional work.
Satisfaction
We are committed to delivering work you are happy with. If the final deliverable does not meet the agreed scope, we will rework it at no extra cost until it does, before any final approval is requested.
How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, email us at monstizo.agency@gmail.com with your project details. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
